Alison joined the Insurance team in 2015 after completing her traineeship with Brodies. She handles personal injury and health & safety matters, assisting clients in a range of sectors including public sector, manufacturing, retail, and charities and third sector organisations. She is experienced in handling employers' liability and public liability claims, working on cases involving a range of circumstances including workplace injuries, and industrial disease claims for hearing loss, vibration and asbestos exposure.

Alison also handles clinical negligence cases, advising clients in the aesthetics sector on personal injury claims arising from new and established procedures such as laser treatments and cosmetic surgery. Her advice takes into account each client's business strategy and commercial interests, as well as the circumstances of the claim.

Her approachable style helps her to assist clients and answer queries in non-technical, practical terms.
