Alistair Hill
Alistair practices both as a Scottish and an English solicitor and helps a broad range of employers, trustees and other professionals with defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, including in the third, public and publicly-funded sectors.
Having worked in-house for a leading insurer, he has a special interest in developing and maintaining defined contribution pension propositions such as personal pension, mastertrust and SIPP products.
Alistair also advises on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions including financial services acquisitions, outsourcings and transfers, private equity acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and restructuring exercises and public/private transactions and staff transfers.
