Amy is a senior solicitor in the Personal and Family practice, based in our Edinburgh office. She has extensive experience across a broad range of private client matters and advises individuals and families on all aspects of personal law.

Amy regularly supports clients with the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, estate planning, the creation and ongoing administration of trusts, and executry administration. She is known for her clear, practical advice and her ability to guide clients through complex and sensitive issues with confidence and care.

A significant part of Amy’s practice focuses on the establishment and administration of personal injury trusts. She is also experienced in applying for and administering guardianship orders for incapax adults.

Amy has a particular interest in advising international clients, especially those with connections to the United States, France, and the United Arab Emirates. Her cross‑border experience enables her to assist clients with multi‑jurisdictional estates and international succession considerations.
