Amy is a Legal Director in our Real Estate Practice Area and a member of our market-leading forestry team. Specialising in rural business and natural capital, her client list includes forestry and other investors, landowners, developers and business occupiers.

With a strong interest in forestry and its importance to the Scottish economy and environment, she acts regularly in the acquisition of forestry and planting land, also advising on carbon unit acquisitions under the Woodland Carbon Code. She also advises clients on land sales, option agreements (including for wind and hydro energy developments), site assembly and leases.
