Amy Pairman
Amy is a Senior Associate in the contentious construction team. She is a dual qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and an accredited specialist in Construction Law.
Amy represents and advises clients in relation to a range of court proceedings; adjudication proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes. She is able to get to the heart of the matter and advise not only the technical procedure and legal arguments, but the commercial reality for clients. Amy also acts for clients in ongoing construction projects helping to mitigate risk and advising on the administration of the wider contractual mechanisms, for example Extensions of Time, Loss and Expense and Liquidated Damages.
