Andrew is a litigator with considerable experience representing clients in a range of commercial disputes.

Andrew specialises in real estate disputes, and in particular commercial landlord and tenant disputes including: dilapidations, service charge, termination/irritancy, recovery of arrears, interpretation of lease provisions and breach of contract. In addition, he regularly advises housebuilders on issues including customer complaints and disputes in relation to option agreements.

Andrew also has significant experience of rail disputes, having acted for a number of industry players in a variety of contentious matters.
