Andy joined Brodies after a previous successful career as a senior underwriter with one of the UK’s largest insurers. Drawing on his previous career experience, he has a sound understanding of the insurance sector and commercial appreciation of his clients’ needs.
Representing Contractors and Employers and designers, he has experience working with various standard form and bespoke construction and engineering contracts and a wide range of dispute resolution processes including successful high value adjudications and Court of Session actions, mediations, adjudications and court appointed Early Neutral Evaluations.
