Andy has built a broad real estate practice advising developers, investors, funders and occupiers across a range of sectors. He is particularly recognised for his work in the living sector, including purpose-built student accommodation, and advises clients in the life sciences, healthcare, logistics and light industrial, hospitality and leisure, and corporate occupier markets.

His development experience spans the full development lifecycle from site acquisition, site assembly, financing through to practical completion and operation. This includes negotiating agreements for lease or forward sale agreements and the refinancing or disposal of the completed development. He works closely with the firm’s construction, planning, corporate and banking teams.
