
Andy Nolan
Andy is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in the industrial, manufacturing and facilities management sectors and also heads up Brodies’ Sports practice.
He has a strong breadth and depth of experience in UK and cross-border commercial law, including complex commercial contracts (such as outsourcing arrangements) and intellectual property. Andy advises on both transactional and advisory work for some of the UK's best known industrial and sporting organisations, often involving international projects. Andy’s practice is built around complex contracting in strategic or transformational projects, coupled with advisory work in new and emerging areas of law.
He is a council member of ADS Scotland, which represents members in the aviation, defence, security and space sectors.
