Andy is a partner in our oil and gas team, he has over 14 years of experience in the energy sector, including more than a decade supporting upstream operators in the Middle East. Before joining Brodies, Andy spent eight years in Qatar, serving as General Counsel and Head of the Legal & Governance Division of an offshore operator for his last four years.

Andy specialises in oilfield services, operations, and complex oil and gas construction projects. With extensive experience leading legal support for multi-billion-dollar offshore infrastructure developments, Andy offers clients strategic guidance on EPCIC and related contracts from negotiation through to claims resolution. He also has experience of supporting on upstream matters in the UK. Combining technical expertise with commercial insight, Andy helps clients navigate risk, deliver projects successfully, and seize opportunities in a dynamic energy market.
