Anita is a senior associate in the banking and finance team based in Glasgow. She is involved in a range of finance matters advising borrowers, banks and other lenders.

Anita has particular experience in acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance transactions and is regularly involved in matters with cross-border and international aspects. She has also advised on real estate investment and development finance transactions across the commercial, retail and residential sectors in Scotland and England.
