Anna has significant experience in acting for both funders and corporate clients in a wide range of transactions including acquisition finance, real estate finance, housing finance and restructuring/refinancing, across a wide range of industry sectors. She is regularly involved in acting on the Scots law aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Having spent time on secondment with the legal team of a major UK financial institution, Anna has an insight and understanding of bank processes and motivations. She delivers a service which is sharply focused on client’s key objectives, using her transaction management skills to achieve the best possible outcome for the business within the required timescales.
