April qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and spent almost a decade working for firms in and around London prior to joining the Brodies’ employment team in February 2026.

April has extensive experience advising on all aspects of employment law. Her expertise includes negotiating settlement agreements, redundancies, terminations and dismissals, employment, service and consultancy agreements, reviewing handbooks and policies and TUPE transfers. She also offers general HR support and advice.
