Arlene joined the planning team in 2023 and is based in Brodies' Aberdeen office. She builds on her extensive experience as an in-house solicitor having worked for two of the largest Scottish local authorities over the previous 14 years, where she developed a passion for planning law and place-making.

Arlene acts for a range of clients including developers, landowners, and public sector organisations and advises on all aspects of planning law and policy, in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
