Ashley is a solicitor in our corporate practice, having completed her traineeship at Brodies and qualified in 2024.

Ashley works with a wide range of clients in various sectors, including SMEs, family run-businesses, charities and public bodies. She draws on her experience of being involved in advising on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, reorganisations, corporate governance and general company law issues.
