Bethany is an associate in the investment funds team based in Edinburgh. She regularly advises financial institutions and fund managers on the structuring, formation and operation of funds of all sizes across different asset classes and jurisdictions.

Bethany's experience extends to the service of established funds as well as secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio sales and GP-led liquidity offerings.
