Caitlin McFarlane
Caitlin is a commercial disputes solicitor within Brodies' Commercial Disputes and Claims team. She joined Brodies in 2021 to complete her traineeship before qualifying in 2023.
Caitlin's practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes. She has a variety of experience in areas including breach of commercial contracts, warranty claims, as well as disputes in the corporate and financial services sector. Caitlin advises clients on all aspects of claims in both Scotland and England. Caitlin has experience of representing clients in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session in Scotland, as well as advising clients with claims in the High Courts and County Courts in England.
