Callum Murray
Callum is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who advises on a broad range of corporate transactional and commercial matters. He has particular expertise in early and mid-stage investment deals, especially within the technology sector, where his knowledge of intellectual property law and commercial contracts and interest in entrepreneurship compliment his company law and deal-negotiation credentials.
Callum regularly advises on cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and private equity investments, as well as domestic acquisitions and disposals (including MBOs) and angel and venture capital deals.
