Calum MacPherson
Calum is an associate in the litigation team based in our Inverness office specialising in rural and property dispute resolution.
He has considerable experience dealing with rural and property disputes including matters relating to the variation of title conditions, the recovery of possession of property, boundaries, access, windfarms, crofts, the recovery of arrears, the construction of leases, and nuisance. He has dealt with several Court of Session cases and has appeared extensively in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. He has also dealt with a number of cases in the Land Court, the Lands Tribunal and the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber).
