Calum advises on all aspects of commercial property work but has significant experience in acquisitions and disposals, leasing (on behalf of both landlord and tenant), property financing and renewables. 

Calum also has experience in relation to both development sites and build to let/student lettings sector. Calum is qualified in Scotland, England and Wales and regularly acts for clients in each jurisdiction as well as working on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
