He is highly experienced in commercial leases and commercial sales and disposals. Cameron also has experience with a variety of commercial properties including industrial units, offices, restaurant premises and development land for residential properties. He assists housebuilder clients with their Deed of Conditions and the negotiation and agreement of utility provider legal paperwork, as well as advising a number of clients on their complex property titles.
