Cameron's expertise include the sale and acquisition of commercial property with his work centring on housebuilders and public sector clients. He assists housebuilder clients with the acquisition of development sites and with their site assembly including the preparation of Deed of Conditions and negotiating the agreement of utility provider legal paperwork. He also advises a number of clients on their complex property titles.

Cameron is also highly experienced in commercial leasing acting for both landlords and tenants on a variety of commercial properties including industrial units, offices, shops and restaurant premises.
