Caroline has over 16 years’ experience of commercial real estate work. She has extensive experience acting on behalf of developers in connection with residential and commercial developments, a large road infrastructure project and wind, hydro and battery storage renewable energy projects, as well as landlords and tenants in connection with negotiation of leases and corresponding asset management work. She has also acted on behalf of investment clients and landowners of large estates, farms and forests.

Caroline deals with all aspects of such transactions including examining and reporting on or certifying title to the property, drafting, negotiating and agreeing option agreements, promotion agreements, sale and purchase contracts, leases and ancillary documentation and the preparation of all types of applications for registration of title including voluntary and first registration.
