Catherine is an English qualified real estate disputes solicitor in the Business Disputes and Asset Recovery department. Catherine joined the team in 2021 having previously qualified at an English practice.

Deals with commercial landlord and tenant clients for lease renewals and terminations both within the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and outside of the Act, dilapidations, possession proceedings, tenant arrears, break clauses, breaches of covenant and enforcing lease obligations.
