Catherine practised as a real estate lawyer working for residential and commercial developers, investors and funders for 8 years before taking on the role of professional support lawyer.

She now heads our real estate PSL team and as Director of Knowledge, her role has evolved to include wider knowledge management responsibilities including implementing technical solutions to drive efficiency and enhance the quality of service provided to clients. She also acts as a consultant on real estate matters internally and delivers bespoke training and updates for clients and intermediaries.

Catherine is also at the forefront of our engagement with key industry bodies (including the Scottish Property Federation and Scottish Law Commission) in relation to real estate law reform in Scotland.
