Charles brings a wealth of experience of the property market including the purchase and sale of development sites, the negotiation of development agreements and commercial leases. He has a particular interest in housebuilding and healthcare and regularly acts on behalf of both land owners and housebuilders in respect of the negotiation and acquisition of development sites.

In his managing role, Charles oversees the provision of our residential services including the delivery of plot sales and acquisitions and disposals for private clients. He also has an interest in the charity sector through his role as a trustee of several registered charities; this has assisted with his work with housing associations and regeneration projects.
