Charlie joined the corporate tax & incentives team as a Tax Manager and Trainee Solicitor in May 2023, before qualifying in 2024. Charlie assists on a variety of corporate, real estate and employment tax matters as well as the design and implementation of employee share incentive arrangements.

Prior to joining Brodies, Charlie worked for one of the Big Four accountancy firms, gaining a range of tax experience with employee incentive schemes and employment-related securities.
