Chloe Sockalingum

Chloe completed her law degree at the University of Aberdeen and qualified as a solicitor, joining the real estate litigation team in 2024. Chloe has experience in property litigation matters, particularly commercial landlord and tenant disputes including: dilapidations, termination and irritancy, interpretation of lease provisions and breach of contract.

Chloe has experience in litigation across a number of different areas, having acted in a variety of contentious matters.
