Christy Foster
Christy completed her traineeship with Brodies, gaining experience in Litigation, Real Estate and Personal & Family. She joined the Personal & Family team as a solicitor in July 2021.
Christy assists clients with a wide range of matters including separation, pre-nuptial agreements, child contact and surrogacy matters. Additionally, Christy is experienced in dealing with matters empathetically and practically to obtain the best outcomes for clients.
Christy has undertaken the Scottish Women's Rights Centre's Approved Domestic Abuse Training regarding domestic abuse legislation in Scotland and good practice when working with people who have experienced domestic abuse. This informs her empathetic approach and ability to seek protective orders for clients.
