Claire joined Brodies in 2024, she has a commercial litigation background having worked on a wide range of commercial disputes while representing a diverse array of clients. She has represented clients in the Sheriff Court, the First-Tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber) and the Court of Session.

Claire has a particular interest in health and safety and has aided clients with personal injury actions, health and safety prosecutions and Fatal Accident Inquiries. She also provides valuable advice to clients who are under investigation by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

Claire works on a variety of health and safety matters but has a keen interest in the transport sector.
