Claire specialises in construction law and advises clients in a number of different sectors and industries. She has numerous years’ experience in private practice advising contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers, funders, tenants, purchasers and the public sector giving her a well-rounded view of the market.
Claire drafts, negotiates and provides advice on the terms of bespoke and industry standard construction and engineering contracts (SBCC, NEC, FIDIC etc), subcontracts, appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees. She enjoys providing training to her clients and contacts on topical issues and legal developments affecting the construction industry.
