Courtney joined the personal team as a solicitor in 2022, having completed her traineeship at Brodies.

Courtney assists clients with succession and tax planning, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney and the setting up and administration of trusts. Courtney is also experienced in administering estates, including complex and contentious executries where she draws on her experience training within the firm's litigation team. Courtney has assisted clients with business interests, and foreign clients with Scottish land.
