Craig advises borrower and lender clients on a wide range of finance transactions including matters with cross-border and international aspects.

He has experience with securitisations and warehouse financing, including mortgage-backed securitisations of both residential and commercial property as well as car finance receivables securitisations. He also acts for borrowers and lenders on real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions, utilising his previous experience in the commercial property and corporate teams at Brodies. More broadly, he provides advice on general corporate banking, structured finance and funds finance transactions (including in relation to Scottish Limited Partnerships).
