Daniel Leyden
Daniel is a commercial litigator and joined the commercial disputes and claims team in September 2025. He is a member of the debt and asset recovery team and has obtained experience representing clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland as well as assisting Counsel in Court of Session and Tribunal actions.
Daniel works with clients to develop and implement collections, litigation, enforcement and portfolio management. In addition, he also works with clients during the pre-litigation stage to help resolve disputes and in a timeous manner for clients through his negotiation skills. He has also gained experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, both in practice and while obtaining his Clinical Law (CLLB) degree.
