As a member of the construction, infrastructure and projects team, Daryn drafts and negotiates build contracts, consultant appointments, performance bonds, collateral warranties and various other ancillary construction documents.

He gained valuable experience having trained and worked as a lawyer in South Africa. During his career he has advised on infrastructure, construction and engineering projects, and he has experience working on a number of matters involving FIDIC, NEC, JCT and SBCC.

Daryn has also been involved in drafting bespoke EPC, O&M, BOP and PPA contracts, with a particular interest in the renewable space.
