Diana is a solicitor in our charities and third sector team, advising a range of charitable bodies on constitutional and governance matters.

Diana trained at a large commercial law firm prior to joining Brodies, where she gained experience in charity law matters, and the ways corporate bodies and commercial entities operate within the Scottish and UK third sector.

Diana draws on specialist charity law experience gained while working in the governance and charities department of a historic Scottish membership body for legal professionals, where she worked upon qualification.
