Dominika is a senior associate in Brodies' energy and infrastructure team. She advises clients on a broad range of matters, including oil and gas projects, energy transition initiatives, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.

Dominika previously worked as senior legal counsel for a major LNG operator in Qatar, where she acted as lead counsel on multi-billion-dollar offshore energy projects and advised on a wide range of commercial and operational matters. Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, from procurement strategy and contract tendering to contract negotiation, execution and project delivery, with a particular focus on EPCIC contracts. She also has experience advising clients on transactional matters, including acquisitions and disposals, LNG and shipping matters, transportation arrangements and oilfield services.
