Donna McKay
Donna is an experienced Family law practitioner based in Aberdeen. She qualified in 2002 and trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2006. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family law and as a Family law Mediator. Donna practises in all areas of family law including separation, divorce and cohabitation claims.
She has a particular interest in child law and regularly advises clients in cases where contact arrangements or the child's place of residence is in dispute. She also deals with cases involving the relocation of children both within the United Kingdom and abroad. Donna strives to resolve cases amicably when possible but is also a tenacious litigator when required.
