Edward Grundy

Ed acts for a wide range of clients including insurers, solicitors, advocates, accountants, insurance brokers, financial advisers and construction professionals. He focuses on delivering clear, straightforward and commercial advice to clients at all stages of a dispute.

Having represented clients in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court and Appeal Court, as well as the Scottish Land Court, Ed has handled a wide variety of disputes across all sectors, including those arising from share valuations; wills and trusts; financial and tax planning; residential and commercial properties; construction and demolition projects; corporate finance; banking transactions; crime; divorce; personal injury claims; and professional regulation. He has wide ranging experience in alternative dispute resolution, all the way from conducting simple procedure mediation to complex and high value professional negligence mediations.
