Elia is a solicitor in Brodies’ employment and immigration team and is based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.

She qualified in August 2025, having completed her traineeship at Brodies, including fourteen months spent within the employment and immigration team.

Elia advises on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. She has experience supporting clients with day‑to‑day employment law queries and assists with drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements. She also has experience preparing cases for the employment tribunal.
