Emily specialises in construction and engineering disputes. She works with employers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and insurers on a broad range of issues including payment disputes, construction defects and project delay.

Emily has experience of representing clients in both Court of Session and Sheriff Court actions, as well as alternative forms of dispute resolution including adjudication.
