Emily specialises in construction and engineering disputes. She works with employers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and insurers on a broad range of issues including payment disputes, construction defects and project delay.

Emily is experienced in representing clients in disputes in the High Court (Technology and Construction Court) in England, as well as the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts in Scotland. Emily also has experience of alternative forms of dispute resolution including adjudication and mediation.
