Private client partner Emily has more than 16 years' experience, working exclusively on private client matters. Emily has a particular focus on complex trusts and estate planning for landowners and rural businesses.

Dual-qualified in Scots and English law, Emily often works with clients with cross-border interests, and advises trustees, family businesses and high net worth individuals based in the UK and overseas. Emily joined Brodies' personal team in 2024, and is based in the firm's Edinburgh office.
