Emily qualified into Brodies' Government, Regulation and Competition team in August 2023 following the completion of her traineeship. Emily completed seats in real estate litigation, pensions as well as in GRC during her traineeship, she also worked with Brodies' In-House Counsel and draws on this experience to better understand her clients' commercial needs.

Emily advises a diverse range of public, private and third sector clients on public law and regulatory matters. She has experience of representing clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has also assisted with the preparation of numerous high profile and complex Court of Session actions.
