Emma has extensive experience in defending fatal road traffic and health and safety prosecutions and representing clients in Fatal Accident Inquiries. As well as managing her own caseload, she also assists the team in their larger, complex cases. Emma frequently advises clients on all aspects of regulatory investigations by the HSE and local authorities, from incident response to advising on enforcement notices, and also provides clients with tailored advice specific to their health and safety requirements.

Her previous experience in dealing with personal injury claims on behalf of insurers and their insured allows her to provide well-rounded advice to clients of all potential outcomes from an incident or breach of regulations.

The clients she represents include public bodies, corporate clients and insurers.
