Emma has extensive experience in litigation areas such as personal injury, professional negligence, medical negligence, employer’s liability, public liability, RTA, catastrophic injury, industrial disease, fatal accidents and defending health and safety prosecutions. She has also been involved in defending against criminal proceedings for fatal road traffic accidents.

She has always had a specific focus in defender work and has varying caseloads in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. The clients she represents vary from public bodies to insurer clients and self-insured businesses.
