Emma studied at the University of Glasgow and since then has worked exclusively in insurance litigation, handling a wide variety of matters with a focus on defending personal injury claims arising from motor, employers’ liability, public liability, and occupiers’ liability claims.

Emma regularly appears in sheriff courts across Scotland and, in particular, in the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, in both procedural and substantive matters.
