He acts on behalf of employers, contractors and public sector bodies throughout the UK, providing advice on various standard form and bespoke contracts and related documentation. His experience includes advising clients on payment issues, delay and disruption claims and defective works claims.
Eric regularly represents clients in a wide variety of both traditional and alternative dispute resolution forums including adjudication, mediation and litigation in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
