Erica is part of the contentious construction team and has over ten years' experience in construction law. She acts on behalf of contractors, subcontractors and insurers in the construction and engineering sectors. Erica has particular expertise in technically complex multi-party litigation. Her experience is in the commercially sound resolution of disputes, often involving novel points of law.
Erica advises clients on all the UK standard form contracts, bespoke construction contracts and the associated documentation. She represents her clients in all dispute resolution forums: in court, at adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.
