Erin is an associate who joined the employment and immigration team in June 2026. Erin has significant experience advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She supports employers across sectors with day-to-day HR issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence.

She regularly negotiates settlement agreements for both employers and individuals.

On the contentious side, Erin has experience in defending employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters and has represented clients at tribunal hearings across the UK.
