Eve Gilchrist
Eve joined Brodies as a trainee in 2021 and is a solicitor in the health & safety team, although she has worked within litigation since 2012. She worked in various teams within the firm's Litigation practice area before qualifying in April 2023.
Eve assists clients across various sectors, including construction, local authorities, charities and food & drink, in relation to health & safety matters such as HSE/EHD investigations and prosecutions as well as Fatal Accident Inquiries. She also assists clients in relation to prosecutions following road traffic incidents.
Eve also has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes and has appeared on behalf of clients in several Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, as well as acting in many Court of Session proceedings.
