Fiona has significant experience in all aspects of property law but now principally focuses on residential and commercial development. She acts for commercial developers, national housebuilders and landowners in the sale and acquisition of development sites throughout Scotland and particularly enjoys complex site assembly projects, working as part of a team to bring a project to life.

Fiona has previously worked inhouse in general counsel roles and so can fully appreciate the commercial factors at play, and the impact of that on legal advice. Fiona also has a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance within corporate and public sector organisations.
